Shipping policy
Please allow 3-5 *business days for order processing( this means it could take 3-5 business days before your order ships). Business days are Monday - Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Order processing time could increase based on sales and other outside factors.
Pre-sale periods are indicated on the product and collection page. Shipping times will not be the standard 3-5 business days for pre-sale items or collections. Team store items and collections are considered pre-sale.
Once processed, a USPS tracking code will be provided to track shipment. If ordering during an open pre-sale window, a USPS tracking code may be provided, but will not ship until indicated in the pre-sale notes of that item or collection.
If you are ordering a piece of merch in hopes to wear it to a future event, we can not guarantee an on time delivery, however we will do our best if you let us know when you place the order.
